Hi, I'm Bre Anna.
I'm a mom, author, entrepreneur, and the woman behind Mommy Focus.
Mommy Focus grew from my own story and from understanding how easy it can be for a woman to become so focused on being a mother that she forgets there is still a woman underneath that title with dreams, needs, goals, and purpose of her own.
I created Mommy Focus because I want moms to know:
You can love your children deeply and still make room for yourself.
I'm building the community I believe so many mothers need—a place where we're allowed to talk about ourselves too.
